Mindful Drawing and Doodling
Welcome to this introductory Mindful Drawing and Doodling taking place on 16th May from 9.30-10am.

Just a few things to consider before the Mindful Drawing and Doodling session:
For those in office or public spaces, bring earphones. This not only blocks out the noise around you, it allows you to drop deeper into the experience.
Feel free to bring a cup of tea or lunch. We will be doodling for 30 minutes.
I always start with a short meditation. This is perfectly possible in a public place with your gaze softened. Its actually quite nice.
Bring any type of mark making material you want. Pencil, pen, crayons, markers, highlighter pens/Sharpies. Also bring paper such as a notebook or printer paper. You can even use an old newspaper or magazine.
