Mindful Drawing and Doodling

Welcome to this FREE introductory Mindful Drawing and Doodling taking place on 8th January, 2023 from 8.00-8.30 pm GMT.

Just a few things to consider before the Mindful Drawing and Doodling session:

A lovely place to do these doodling sessions is in the comfort of your own home. Remember this is about self-care. So chose you favourite spot, grab and cushions or blankies and have a nice hot drink near by. 

For those in office or public spaces, bring earphones. This not only blocks out the noise around you, it allows you to drop deeper into the experience.

I always start with a short meditation that grounds us into our bodies and the here and now. I then follow with a simple relaxing doodling exercise.

No art experience necessary. Bring any type of mark making material you want. Pencil, pen, crayons, markers, highlighter pens/Sharpies. Also bring paper such as a notebook or printer paper. You can even use an old newspaper or magazine.
