Super Green Smoothie

Smoothies really come into their own when you have a busy day in front of you or you are eating on the run. Whizz it up first thing in the morning and bring it with you in a sealed container. I always give a good shake before consuming.

Super Green Smoothie


  • 1 large handful of spinach or kale
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of ground linseeds
  • 1 apple – chopped
  • A dash of lime
  • Water


  1. Place the spinach, lime and apple in a liquidiser and add a small glass of water. Whizz till the spinach is well liquidised.
  2. Add the yogurt and the linseeds and blitz.
  3. Add more water if needed.
