Lucy’s program was excellent. She took the time to understand our needs and listened very carefully to what we had to say.
Her sessions were very interactive and really got to the heart of the matter quickly. I found her insights very helpful and she got me thinking about a lot of things especially mindful eating. She has an easy going manner and I found it easy to talk to her about personal matters.
Her knowledge of food and nutrition was incredible and I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in making lifestyle changes to consult with Lucy before they undertake any program. Her research is incredible and very practical.
