My tips for healthy eating
Eat a wide variety of good quality whole foods
Eat more plant based foods
Remember to eat proteins, carbohydrates and fats everyday – 15-20% protein, 20-25% fat and 60% carbohydrates
3 balanced meals a day consisting of protein, carbohydrate and fat will ensure blood sugar levels are kept stable
