I worked with Lucy for three months and I can’t thank her enough for the help, support, and information she has provided me with. I always thought that I had a good grasp of nutrition, and was extremely confused as to why I was having issues. Lucy helped me realise that things aren’t always black and white. Food is a lot more than calories, macronutrients and micronutrients as it feeds you on a number of levels.
I’ve made great progress with Lucy over the last three months with both my nutrition and mindset changing for the better. I’m now working with what I have and prioritising feeling good when making food choices, and this has helped in more ways than one.
