Just a few things to consider before each session:

For those in offices, libraries, public spaces, noisy households, bring earphones. This not only blocks out the noise around you, it allows you to drop deeper into the experience.

Feel free to bring a cup of tea or lunch. We will be drawing for 30 minutes.

I always start with a short meditation. This is perfectly possible in a public place with your gaze softened. Its actually quite nice.

Bring any type of mark making material and paper you want. Pens, pencils, markers, sharpies, crayons. Photocopy paper, a notepad, old magazines and newspapers.
