Orange and Horseradish Salad Dressing
This dressing has a lovely kick and goes great with root vegetable salads. I make my dressing to last a couple of days and store them in little glass containers (I use old dried herb containers!). I often wait till just before I eat my salad to dress it meaning the vegetables stay crunchy and fresh for as long as possible.
- 1/2 orange – juiced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 heaped teaspoon of creamed horseradish
- Salt and pepper
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk up well. Every time you use the dressing remix it again.
