Just read the label
I recently found a great website on how to ‘read the label‘ from the NHS:
Learning how to read the label of the foods you buy on a weekly basis is the single biggest step you can make towards creating the health you want. Knowing what is in the food you eat can help you decide if its the right food for you on the right day.
