Self Care Reading
My Self-Care reading and eBooks focus on the ‘how’ of self-care: How can we tune in to the love we have for ourselves and allow this love to guide our daily practices? The eBooks suggest practical ways to ‘be’ in self-care, rather than simply turning it into another item on our to-do list. I provide simple exercises that you to tap into your body’s wisdom so that you can create a way to self-care that is perfect for you. In addition, I use a range of creative activities that allow you to discover what is underneath your desire for self-care so that you can move forward as your whole lovable self.
