Mindful Weaving
Come together in community to slow down, connect to self and be with others as you learn new creative skills for self-care. This is such a gentle way to begin or deepen your self-care practice. Paying attention, touching the soft materials and finding that inner stillness. The small group also supports and encourages you to tune into your creative flow.
No experience necessary. I simply guide you through some meditation techniques and plain weaving stitches.
