Self-Care Online Session 1:1

My 1 : 1 sessions are a more intimate opportunity to explore self-care and gain new perspectives that move you towards greater self compassion and support. I use a variety of tools to suit where you are at: creative self-care exercises focusing on drawing meditations, your Human Design chart, embodiment practises, or simply the space to have someone deeply listen to where you are at. I am here to support, encourage or simply be present to witness your unique self. Book here to embed care and compassion into your life. Each session is around 1.5 hours and taken at your pace.
